What is Peanut Sauce?

Some will call this Satay sauce but to some it is just peanut sauce.

Peanut sauce or satay sauce, it is of the same to the Malaysians.

Peanut sauce is our favourite sauce when we have our chicken or beef on skewers, marinated in spices and cook over open fire.
These meat on skewers are known as Satays.

This creamy peanut sauce is well known around the world.

Malaysian peanut sauce has to be sweet with a tinge of chilli heat, thick and nevertheless, creamy , without adding coconut milk.

Unlike other Asian peanut sauce, we do not add fish sauce nor soy sauce to ours!
