Peanut Butter and Strawberry Jam Blondies
September 27, 2015
Sweet salty creamy Salted peanut Butter and Strawberry jam Blondies
Here comes Blondie :P... Peanut butter and strawberry jam blondie ;P
The only Blondie, I had known during my growing up... ‘My growing old’ years.. is Blondie in the form of Debbie Harry :D
I can almost hear her singing in her husky voice...
”the tide is high but I'm holding on... I’m gonna be your number ONE.... number ONE“with that ultra sci-fi very retro-ish kind of weird video!!!

...and that’s that of Blondie Debbie Harry until I get to know Blondie of the eating kind ;P.
When I announced...’hey I am making some blondies today...”, their faces expression said it all...
What Blondie? What is mom taking about?

For those in the same boat as I was...blondie is brownie minus chocolate ;P hahaha.

Note :
* the recipe only require 2 tablespoon... It seemed a waste to just make 2 tablespoon .. hence I made more so I could munch on the remaining roasted peanuts ;P
Divine and perfect with a cup of tea!
