Thai Lemongrass Chicken Wings
June 20, 2014
Thai Lemongrass Little Bites recipe. Making a delicious and yummy Finger food/ little Bites for parties or for snacking while watching World Cup 2014.
Thai cuisine has to have that sweet salty and sometimes sour taste to its dishes.
With the combination of lemongrass, fish sauce and sugar in kechap manis (sweet soy sauce), makes this chicken wings one of the tastiest chicken wings I have tried.
Furthermore, these chicken wings are baked to perfection and that makes them a healthy bite!!
The flavour is more intense and makes these chicken wings tastier.
But if you are press for time, marinade for 4 hours may be suffice.
If you are to fry these chicken wings, they might lose their flavours and will make the oil turn black in colour due to the kechap manis caramelising in the frying oil.
The outlook is not so pleasing and appetising to look at.

I AM :D
... a big fan of World Cup.... not into league or Clubs ... just World Cup.
I have another football crazy person to join the fun of ooohhing... aaahhing and screaming at the tv screen :D.
Naturally... when we are awake at that godly hour, our tummy too will demand some attention.
Due to time zone, we get to watch the matches either at midnight, 3am or 6am, and soon it'll be at 4am... when everyone else (not a footbal fan of course ;p) is in bed dreaming away...
...and these Thai Lemongrass little bites are excellent for wee hours football matches!
Prepare them ahead of time...
you will definitely get a good bite for a good fight (on the football field.. I mean :))
