Nam Yee Fried Drummettes and Wings

Another one of my 'Deep Frying' frenzies...(made this last month...phew)
...and these gorgeous bites have long settled and landed happily in my tummy and now it is showing on my tummy and butt.

Nam Yee Fried Drummettes and Wings finger food

Putting on kilos is so easy... but to shed is so HARD!!!! especially after I hit the big FOUR ZERO years ago...*sigh*... have a low metabolism plus I noticed that it gets slower with age...  makes it doubly hard for me to lose those unwanted kilos...
So yeah... am avoiding deep-fried food for now ..
**Care to share with me your secret?? on how you maintain or lose the unwanted kilos and boost your metabolism???**
I have been invited to submit this post to Aspiring Bakers #28: Chicken Feast (February 2013) hosted by Small Small Baker... thank you for the invite :D

    1. I guess you could bake them... perhaps bake at 200C for at least 40 mins (and flip over after 25 minutes)
Let me know the outcome OK? :D

It's definitely true...as we age our metabolism is slowing down but to maintain our ideal weight...always make a habit of walking 15-30 mins after having our meals n try to avoid the fats lah of course....insyallah it works!

  8. Hi Lisa! Pls don't remind me of the big FOUR ZERO! :) Haha..

For foodie like us who love to cook, bake, eat and drink, it's really tough to shed the kilos... I guess the only way is to hit the gym as frequent as we hit the kitchen!

    Yummy drumplets!
