Easy Kimchi Chicken Stir-fry
April 24, 2015
Easy Chicken Kimchi Stir Fry recipe with tons of flavor all in one dish.
I hope that you aren't tired of reading, looking (hopefully drooling ;P ) at my other Korean dish, this time it is Chicken and Kimchi Stir-fry :D
Chinese cabbage is easily available at the moment, and at a cheaper price whilst other vegetables like broccoli, and cauliflower are much dearer... 'sigh'
Bought one, and it's really huge for 99 cents. I had kimchi in mind :D
<
I didn't make the kimchi...
For the first time, my girl volunteered to make kimchi, but her dad had to do the prep work ~ clean, wash, and salt. Our kitchen would be flooded if she were to carry out prep work... she can be messy and meticulous at the same time. The worst combination of the two, the extremes!!!
...she did a good job of coating each leaf generously with the kimchi sauce.
I wouldn't have the patient ;P hence her remark " My kimchi tasted better than yours, Mom :p "
I absolutely agree :D
Bought another huge cabbage again last week, she did another batch of "2 thumbs up, babe" of kimchi.
What do we do when we have too much kimchee?
We stir-fry kimchi with chicken, which makes a wonderful one-pot meal :D
