Nice easy meal to prepare....

• 1 sachet bonito powder
• 3 tablespoon miso paste
• 6 cups of water
• 1 tablespon wakame
• Udon - cook according to packet
• Vegetables - steam julienne carrots and bok choy.
• Tuna - can tuna in springwater.

Add bonito. miso paste and wakame into a boiling pot of water....Assemble all in a bowl and serve hot....
