Kimchi pancake or kimchi jeon, is one of the easiest and tastiest pancakes.

.... make everything using kimchee....from Kimchi Fried Rice to Kimchi pancake, to eating as condiment  accompanying lunch or dinner or take a bowl of Kimchi and have it on its own...

    yum! today is a kimchi's day Lisa, I made gyoza with kimchi too! your kimchi pancake is really creative, would like to try it if possible :)
