  Japanese curry is one of our most cook curries in the house. We just love the taste, the thick glistening gravy combine with juicy tender beef pieces.   

Butter cookie dough made with only 4 ingredients : butter, corn flour, vanilla essence and dulce de leche. This cookies dough then piped into swirl in the shape of dahlia flowers, top with cut up glazed cherries.    

An easy way to make Dulce de leche, with only 1 ingredient!! Dulce de leche is sweet, thick and delicious and can be used in many desserts!

Sakura wagashi is a Japanese dessert made of bean paste and glutinous rice, coloured and shaped like cherry blossom flowers to celebrate the beginning of spring.
