psssttt: No Recipe this Week....just a Celebration Meal...
... I am sharing with you ~
We had Yee Sang (fresh fish Salad), Sung Choy Bow and Hakka traditional dish ~ Yam Abacus.
Recipes and photos will be posted here for the next 3 weeks... too many photos to cram into a single post, so we'll take it slow and have it in 3 parts... (... to get you to come back for more...hehehe)
...and secondly...
I would like to say my millions... zillions... 'Thank you's to my mom for the pain that she had to suffer and endured, mastered all the strength that she had in her, to push me out of her thus gave me life, 48 years ago.
Thank you, Mak...
for the 1st drop of milk that nourished me,
for taking care of me ~ from a helpless little baby till I am a Mom myself,
for being my numero Uno teacher ~ taught me life skills, and
for being my Mom....
love you loads, Mak.
