Prawn Curry with Green Mango

Delicious prawn curry with young green mango.
Mango season will soon be here.
The first time, ever!!! I am able to resist eating all the MANGOES!
I have wanted to cook this Prawn Curry with green mango for a long time, at least 4 years, my hubby jotted down the recipe on a piece of scrap paper, while on holiday.
Me being me, a 'hantu pelam' / numero uno mango eater if only you could hear ... a big loud argument happening... :(
Most of the time team "eats" will win...
... but this time round, feeling determined, to let the voices on team"curry" win... I set aside 2 mangoes :P... somehow few slices of sourish young mango managed to find their way into my tummy :O

I have never had a green mango..your prawn curry look really super, Lisa.
ReplyDeleteEventhough I can't tasted it but looking at that loads of spices to cook this dish....I'm sure it is fabulously delicious.
