Blueberries Banana Oats Smoothie

I was fine when I woke up this morning at 5am...
Hubby left for work and I started to potter till its time to wake my daughter up at 6am to get her ready for school....
... and the usual response that I'd get would be '5 more minutes' followed by 'Mom, come lie down with me for awhile...'

...and so I did.
I must have dozed off for what seems like a split of a second... I felt my head started to swim, opened my eyes...everything went fuzzy and in motion... big HEADACHE was approaching :o
Took 2 paracetamol to kill it off before it could kill my day :(

Head felt much better after a short rest...but the dull pain still linger...
I decided to make some smoothie hoping that perhaps if I could get a brain freeze, that would help to 're-boot' my BRAIN... psssst FYI ~ brain freeze thingy? it didn't work!!!this is all mumbo jumbo of a mom who had her brain moosh after the headache :o !!!

All was not lost...no brain freeze but I felt much better after a glass (or 2 :O... shhhh)
yes I did finish the smoothies :)

I am much better now...thank you :D
