Nam Yee Fried Drummettes and Wings finger food

Putting on kilos is so easy... but to shed is so HARD!!!! especially after I hit the big FOUR ZERO years ago...*sigh*... having low metabolism plus I noticed that it gets slower with age...  makes everything doubly hard for me to lose that unwanted kilos...
So yeah... am avoiding deep fried food for now ...

**Care to share with me your secret?? on how you maintain or lose the unwanted kilos and to boost metabolism???**

I have been invited to submit this post to Aspiring Bakers #28: Chicken Feast (February 2013) hosted by Small Small Baker... thank you for the invite :D

    1. I guess you could bake them... perhaps bake at 200C for at least 40 mins (and flip over after 25 minutes)
Let me know the outcome OK? :D

  8. Hi Lisa! Pls don't remind me of the big FOUR ZERO! :) Haha..

For foodie like us who love to cook, bake, eat and drink, it's really tough to shed the kilos... I guess the only way is to hit the gym as frequent as we hit the kitchen!

    Yummy drumplets!
